IHG’s mission is to provide a safe and fun environment where children gain gymnastics knowledge and skills while enhancing their self-esteem, self-confidence and respect for others. We understand the importance of safe practice and we strive to make that our number one goal. At IHG students learn all areas of gymnastics vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor under certified supervision.
Safety & Certifications
Increased Heights Gymnastics is a member of the USA Gymnastics Member Club Program. All staff has completed and stays current with the American Heart Association for the BLS for Healthcare providers (CPR & AED) program and is safety certified through USAG’s Safety/Risk Management program. Background checks with NCSI are also utilized with all staff members. IHG is a licensed member of the nationally recognized fun and fit gymnastics program. You will rest assured knowing that your children are in safe hands when they become a part of the IHG family.

Duration of your birthday party is no longer than 2 hours (party parent will be asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party time to prepare for set up and guest arrival.)
Breakdown of time:
10 minutes- gym rules and warm up
50 minutes- gymnastics instruction includes: (obstacle courses, gymnastics games, relay races, trampoline, and much more)
30 minutes- cake and presents
30 minutes- free play in gym
You may modify the schedule by special request or if you choose to add additional time to your party date.
Table, chairs, plates, napkins, utensils, cups, and a table cloth.
If you would like a theme other than gymnastics then you will be required to bring these items.
Party parent is responsible for:
Cake, drinks, invitations, balloons
Invitations are available through the gym for a $50 charge. Provide name and address of guest and IHG will mail them.
2-3 year olds
1-12 guest = $200.00
13-18 guest = $225.00
Ages 4 and up
1-16 guest = $200.00
16-24 guest = $225.00 (each additional guest is $15.00)
Due to liability issues, in the event that the number of guests attending is not confirmed and not enough coaches are available, your party may be subject to cancellation. Please let us know of any additional guest prior to the party.
Fees are due no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled party.
Gym rules and expectations for party parent:
Please tell the parents of the guests that the children should be dressed in gym clothes; leotards are preferred. Students in clothing with a zipper or metal may not be allowed to participate in certain activities secondary to safety issues to guest. The IHG liability wavier form must be filled out by the parent/guardian of each child that attends the party. The liability wavier can be downloaded from the website under the forms category.
No jewelry please.
Please tell your guests parents' that they are not allowed on the equipment. There is an area available for parents to watch during the party. Absolutely no parents can be on the equipment for liability reasons. Parent host is the only parent expected to stay at the party. If other parents wish to stay you must let IHG staff know prior to party.
Special arrangements exist when a child is too young or in need of parental support.
Arrangements can be made for sleep over parties at an additional cost. Please ask the owner for information.

Once a month, You and your spouse can treat yourself to a night alone when you drop your kids off at the IHG gym. You will have a great evening out on the town knowing your children are safe with their friends! Your children can attend Parent Get Away Night even if they are not enrolled students. Call each month to find out when parent get away night is scheduled.
